300 g PVC Free semi-coated frontlit banner. Made of polyester coated with innovative polyurethane-polyacrylate blend. Dtex thread density 500x800d; 18×18 inch threads. Matte white front with regular textile appearance finish and white back.

Cartone DISPA®
DISPA® panels are white inner core panels that are very well suited for creative design. Very rigid, lightweight and planar, they are available in 3.8 mm thickness, environmentally friendly ideal for screen and digital printing. They are made from FSC® certified paper (FSC® C127595) and are 100 percent recyclable.
- Materials: White corrugated cardboard front, inside and back, smooth surface.

- Usage: Screen and digital printing, indoor promotional campaigns, suspended and ceiling mounted signs, displays, POS/POP applications

Value display 225 FR (B4105)
225 g PVC Free warp-knitted frontlit fabric. Made of Polyester has light cross stretch and soft hand for easy processing. Dense weave provides extra opacity and excellent print quality. White front with semi-gloss finish and white back.
- Materials: Warp-knit frontlit fabric
- Compositions: 100% 225-gram polyester.
- Usage: High-resolution indoor frontlit applications, also used for structures and displays
- Features: Semi-gloss front, cold cuttable. Calender finishing recommended at 190°C, shrinkage 1% on both sizes.

Fabrisub acoustic R sound 270 FR
Semi-glossy white 270 g PVC Free fabric. Textured embossed front creates special effects that make full colors from any angle. Useful for upholstery, draperies, backdrops and events, hallways and separation areas. Class A sound-absorbing product.
- Materials: 100% Semi-glossy white 270-gram polyester.
- Compositions: White front panel with embossed finish.
- Usage: Useful for upholstery, draperies, backdrops and events, hallways and separation areas.
- Features: Class A sound-absorbing product. Heat and ultrasonic cuttable. Calender finishing recommended at 180°C, warp shrinkage 1.6%, weft shrinkage 0.7%.
HONEYCOMB PANEL
It is an entirely eco-friendly and 100% recyclable panel consisting of a honeycomb core of corrugated paper- ne coated with a cover that can be printed on both sides with UV technology.
Flatness, lightness, and extraordinary strength make it the ideal material for large-format digital printing, staging, and furniture.
- Materials: Honeycomb corrugated cardboard
- Printing and cutting: It is printable directly on both sides with large format printers. It can be easily cut, creased and milled with modern cutting plotters that make through cuts or 45° cuts, allowing endless assembly possibilities.
- Usage: The uses are many. It finds wide use in the advertising sector, in making displays, tables, chairs, fittings, exhibition stands, store fittings and window displays.

SMART-X®
Smart-X is a lightweight foam board with a core of dense, hard polystyrene foam and very hard surfaces of slightly granular solid polystyrene (integral foam). The board meets the requirements of the European Community RoHS / WEEE directives for the restriction of hazardous ingredients.
Its good weather resistance makes it predestined for outdoor applications for up to 2 years. Smart-X is suitable for direct digital printing and can be laminated, sawn, milled, painted or glued.
Therefore, the panel is mainly used for signage (e.g., building signs) and advertising spaces, but also for exhibition construction.
- Compositions: 100 % polystyrene, white, opaque, slightly granulated, weather resistant (without significant color changes) up to 2 years, weight: 5 mm = approx. 1 kg/m², 10 mm = approx. 2 kg/m², protective film on one side
- Usage: Signs, three-dimensional freestanding structures, window displays, advertising signs, displays, both indoor and outdoor
- Features: Extremely low weight, stiffness, surface uniformity, also suitable for outdoor applications, moisture and weather resistant
Recyclability: Fully recyclable, about 95% of the production waste is collected and recycled

What eco-friendly materials do you use for prints?
We use FSC® certified papers, recycled media, green and PVC-free fabrics. Each material is selected to ensure high visual quality and low environmental impact.
Do environmentally friendly inks perform as well as conventional ones?
Yes, water-based or reduced-solvent inks offer excellent results in terms of brilliance, durability and color fidelity, without compromising the environment.
Can I apply for a completely eco-friendly project?
Absolutely. We offer customized consultations to develop entirely sustainable printing solutions, from material selection to final finishing.
Does sustainable printing cost more than traditional printing?
Not necessarily. In many cases, green printing has comparable costs to traditional printing. We offer several green solutions for every budget, without compromising quality.
